Hey everyone! Crazy busy day today so not too much time.
This morning Elder Johnson, Elder Choi, and I had to get up at 5 o'clock to head over to the chapel to fill the font for Max's BAPTISM!! The meeting went awesome! Had a zoom setup to get Elder Vincent, Elder Zhu, and the rest of the branch present while maintaining social distancing. We had 6 total people at the baptism there to perform the ordinance, confirmation, and ordaining him to the office of Priest and receiving the Aaronic Priesthood! Not many people have been lucky enough to get all three on the same day. I'm so grateful for Max and his willingness to accept the Gospel and progress so so much! AHH I love him!
The other crazy news from this week is that I will be picking up a new missionary from the airport at 3pm to be my new companion! His name is Elder Zhong and he served in New Zealand for a couple months and has been reassigned here to Calgary. He was born in Shanghai but is a citizen of Vancouver. I don't know much else about him but i'm so grateful to have more than one Mandarin companionship in our mission!! I'll give you more of an update next week on how things are going, and maybe what happened to the other 15 missionaries that were supposed to be reassigned here.

Alma 37:36-37
36 Yea, and cry unto God for all thy support; yea, let all thy doings be unto the Lord, and whithersoever thou goest let it be in the Lord; yea, let all thy thoughts be directed unto the Lord; yea, let the affections of thy heart be placed upon the Lord forever.
37 Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day.
Prayer is our connection with God! Remember the Lord and look to him in all thy doings!
ps..If I could ask each of you to keep my grandparents in your prayers that would be awesome! They are going through a bit of a health thing and could use all the prayers they could get. I know that the Lord will bless them with peace and comfort as each of us join together in prayer for them!
